(H) Help Menu and References
(B) Go Back one record
Pressing 'B' The Current record will move forward One
(F) First Record
Takes the Database to the first record.
(J) Jump to a Record
Jumps to the disk number that you have requested.
(L) Last Record
Takes the Database to the last record.
(N) Next Record
The Current record will more backwards one.
(S) Search String
You can search for any simular string or numbers. (ie search for all the
over 18 disks or all the demos By BUDBRAIN).
Type xx/or Budbrain
Then use the (B), (N), (F) and (L) keys to view the various demo disks
If you want to cancal the search then press (S) again.
(T) Sort Menu
If you require the disks in alpha, Catagory or Number order then
follow the menu prompts. This sort will take a long time to finish.
(X) Over 18 Password
You can enter the password for the over 18 disks here.
Printing from the Database
When using your Printer
First load the Peferences on the Catalogue disk and select your printers
requires. (The Catalogue is Pre-Set to Epson and Star LC-10 printers (or
any Compatibles with 135 colmn print facility).
Within the Database
At the bottem left hand side of the screen you will see the printer
setting (0) Which means that the printer Flow is switched off. Selecting
the numbers below will print various following result.
(1) All Information
Prints The Disk Number, Demo or Various disk Title, The category and
the whole description.
(2) Disk Number, Title & Category
Prints The Disk Number, Demo or Various disk Title and The category.
Used for printing lists.
(3) Label Print
As you can see our disks come with a small printed label,well you
also can print them out with this number.
(Z) Sesction Print
This letter can be used to print a section of disks, ie if you wanted
to Print disks 1-35 with full descriptions then is how you should setup
the database.
(3) Set up the printer to print a little disk label
(Z) Set the database to get ready and print a selection of disks
(1) Set the database to Start the printing at disk number 1
(9) Set the database to Finish printing at disk number 9
Right Now the Database is Set to start printing select
(Y) This will start printing or
(N) to Cancel the operation and return to the Help screen.
